Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your furniture must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original shape or form.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

 

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

3. Reach out to your bank, since there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale items

Regular priced items and Sale items may be refunded. If an item price changed within the period of refund, the price you purchased a return item at the time of purchase is the amount to be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at contact@shopdecimals.com. You can send your order to the following address:

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, and these shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

 

The time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary depending on your location.

 

If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
