Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are slowly shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. All orders come with a unique tracking number, depending on the courier company handling the delivery.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment or through our store credit. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

• Standard Shipping: [7-14] business days/ Free shipping on all orders.
• Express Shipping: [5-8] business days. Please get in touch with us before you order, because it does attract extra charges
• International Shipping: [10-14] business days. Please get in touch with us before you order, because it does attract extra charges

Note: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays. 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Your order will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout, so please make sure to confirm your address before processing your payment. If you notice any mistakes or wish to make changes to your order, please cancel or contact us as soon as possible.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
(United States and Canada Shipment) ShopDecimals is responsible for all customs duties and taxes applicable to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are also the responsibility of ShopDecimals.

(International Shipment) Please reachout to us to know if we can ship to your country.

5. Damaged Items
If your order arrived damaged by a dispatch courier, please contact the courier company first to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If not resolved, you should contact us immediately at contact@shopdecimals.com or call us at 929-707-6111 within 7 days. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item.

6. Incorrect Address or Returned Packages
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Please confirm your address before proceeding to checkout. If the address is incorrect, you have 3 days to correct it before the package is handed over to the courier service.

8. Delivery Location
We operate our Warehouse from outside the United States and Canada. All orders are international shipments. We are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or customs fees to all customer’s locations. We deliver anywhere within the United States and Canada, but we do not deliver to unsecured P.O Boxes for security reasons and improper address reasons.

Please note: Additional delivery fees does not apply if you change your delivery location. Changes cannot be made after the 3-day processing period. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address.

9. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order without any fees as long as it hasn’t been processed and shipped. This means you have 72 hours (3 days) from the time you place your order to cancel it, unless the item has already shipped before the end of this processing period. ShopDecimals reserves the right to determine whether an item can be refunded after it has shipped within the 3-day processing time.
